FARHAD OMAR
Farhad is a visionary media entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience shaping South Africa’s content landscape. As the founder of Media Valley, INX Prime (DStv Channel 345), and Blahq, he has built world-class production infrastructure while creating over 300 jobs. His career spans technological shifts—from pioneering mobile content with MobiBlitz to leading OTT expansion and now driving Africa’s virtual production revolution. Farhad creates platforms that unlock opportunity, scale African storytelling, and position it globally.
EILEEN SANDROCK
Eileen is a transformative Executive Director and COO with 40 years of experience in broadcasting and 16 years in studio development. She has built and monetised five world-class film and television sound stages and led rapid business turnarounds, driving sustained growth. Passionate about youth upliftment, she has also led initiatives recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies Awards for Corporate Social Investment, reflecting her commitment to both industry excellence and social impact.
